If you are receiving a message stating that your username or password is incorrect, perhaps you are using an incorrect username? If you think this might be the case, please click on the Forgot Username link below. An email will be sent containing your username to the email address on file for your account.
If you are sure your username is correct and you are still receiving a message stating that your username or password is incorrect, you may need to have your password reset. There are two ways to have your password reset. The first way is to contact the person at your agency who is a Premiertracker administrator and ask that they reset your password for you. The second way is to begin the password reset process on your own (don't worry it is not difficult). To begin the password reset process, click on the Password Reset link below. And email will be sent containing further instructions to the email address on file for your account.
